Runny nose/watery ey: Seems like you might have a cold (upper respiratory tract infection). Usually viral or can be allergies. Antihistamines may help with the runny nose and eyes in both situations.. Sometimes Vit C can help as well. Drink plenty of fluids, rest,keep warm . If fever, sinusitis, ear ache, persistent cough seek immediate medical attention. Follow with doc/urgent care
