There is an: increased risk of convulsive seizures with doubling up on the 50 mg Tramadol. Lithium does not have the anti-convulsive properties of Depakote, Lamictal or Tegretol which are also used as mood stabilizers. So the combination of Tramadol pill with another tramadol pill carries substantial risk. Plus Tramadol is very addicting.
