Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) XR lasts ~ 12 hours. 24-hour Tramadol for moderate chronic pain is taken daily, not as-needed. Tiredness & other side effects are on drugs.com. Do not drink alcohol while taking it. Talk to your doctor before discontinuing any meds.
