Tramadol: It would be inappropriate to answer this for you. Clearly if you are not getting relief you have to contact the prescribing MD and get his instructions. I cannot answer this here as I do not have info on your full medical history and medication history

? Migraine: You haven't said much about your symptoms but if you have a migraine headache it may respond better to specific meds that work better than general purpose pain pills. Get checked and see if migraines are what the problem is.
