My pcm gave me tramadol 50mg for headaches took 1 3hrs ago n its not helping can i take two? having really bad headaches lately & i feel some pressure

? Migraine: You haven't said much about your symptoms but if you have a migraine headache it may respond better to specific meds that work better than general purpose pain pills. Get checked and see if migraines are what the problem is.
