Contact support: Something is messed up on this end. The docs on Healthtap Prime send in prescriptions electronically and this is commonly done throughout the country. There is some glitch either with healthtaps software or at the pharmacy. Contact healthtap support (phone or e-mail). If you have been prescribed a medicine you are supposed to be able to get it! Hope it gets straightened out quickly!
