Need a GYN exam: Sorry to hear that you are having pain. Based on what you describe and your conditions you list a yellow discharge. That combined with pain in your lower left abdomen makes me concerned that you may have an infection - you should see a gynecologist (GYN) and be screened for an infection as soon as possible.
