Lipoma?: Could be a few things. It is potentially something bad and so I would go and get it looked at by the GP to decide what to do bout it if anything.

Lump: Lump could be anything ranging from lipoma ( collection of fat cells ) to sinister lumps . Please see your doctor and get checked .
