Ask for help to quit: Nicotine and its metabolites may be detected in blood tests for up to two(2) weeks. I am not aware of any methods to "pass" a nicotine/ cotinine test when you have been smoking. Consider honestly disclosing your cigarette use and getting help to quit smoking. Good luck!

Don't smoke again: There is nothing you can do other than not smoke any more. You may still pass depending on the type of test. You will pass a blood test after 1-10 days depending on the type, a urine test after 3-4 days and a saliva test after 1/2-4 days. If you have abstained for a week prior today you will probably pass if you just had 1 today. Stopping for good is the best thing you can do for your health.
