Yes, most likely: unless a highly sensitive test is used, positive nicotine/cotinine tests in urine are only positive for 1-2 days after a single cigarette, and blood tests aren't really much more sensitive. Cotinine is usually completely out of the body in 3-5 days, even in heavier smokers, so it should be negative. If she only smokes occasionally, and she is a position to be tested, she really needs to stop.
