Not entirely sure: It depends on how they test you and what they are testing you for (nicotine or cotinine). If it's the most common urine test it can stay there for up to 3-4 days so you're on the threshold of that. The standard positive test for urine is 200ng/ml.Blood tests is negative 1-3 days after last cigarette. Saliva test is 2-4 days. Good luck!

Hard to say: depends on what test they are using, and you don't say which Friday you are talking about, what tomorrow is. If you are talking about having had a few puffs on 11/25/16 (a Friday) and then having a test tomorrow (11/26), it will very likely pick up the cotinine metabolite. Most cotinine tests are accurate for 3-4 days after consumption, but depends on how deep the puff, how long you held it etc.
