More info needed: I need to know more about your medical history and what symptoms and meds you are on. I recommend you speak to your doctor who did the procedure and find out what he is recommending. He/she may have done biopsies at the time of the endoscopy. I would relax and speak to your physician before becoming concerned. Sometimes dysplasia is not concerning. Best wishes.

Biopsy?: Did your doctor take a biopsy of the antrum so that the tissue may be examined by a pathologist to test for dysplasia. Your health issues may need more attention by a psychiatrist due to the behavioral issues you stated.
