Depression: Based on what you have shared, it looks like you may be dealing with significant chronic depression without an organic diagnosis for your pain. Whom ever prescribed the narcotic and neurontin should be made aware that you are on zoloft (sertraline) and tramadol to determine the appropriateness and safety of the combination. I would also strongly recommend speaking with your mental health professional.
