In most people: It depends on the individual. All of that serotonin can put a patient with bipolar disease at risk of a manic episode. If it hasn't happened, it wont. Excess serotonin can cause rapid heart rate, anxiety and shakiness. I personally try to avoid using multiple drugs that work the same, since it can lead to toxic side effects. I like using drugs like abilify (aripiprazole) if I am treating mood disorder
