Many choices: Start with gyne evaluation. Ultrasound and/or hysteroscopy (looking in uterus w/ tiny telescope) may find polyp (skin tag) or fibroid (benign growth) that explains pain & bleeding. Treatments include medication, resecting any growths (outpatient procedure), iud, or surgery.
