Uterus won't contract at deliver causing heavy bleeding, what is the solution for this?

Many things: There are a lot of treatments for a boggy (atonic) uterus after delivery: several different medicaitons (pitocin, cytotec, (misoprostol) prostaglandin, massage, a device called a bakri balloon, a D&C procedure, worst case scenario: hysterectomy).
