No options: Bed rest will not make any difference with a sch. Most early pregnancies do have some degree of retro-placental bleeding - most of those are asymptomatic. If there is confirmation of a fetal heart beat, then the chance for pregnancy loss (miscarriage) is less than 3% after 10 weeks of pregnancy.If bleeding is as heavy as a period, see your doctor.Spotting is likely to continue when you have a sch.
