It depends: It depends. If you recently exercised, did too much lifting, or are using a smartphone, computer screen or tablet you might have pain due to positioning. Any back pain that moves down arms or up neck needs to be addressed immediately. If your pain is persisting more than 30 mins, contact your on call doctor. Radiating pain- go directly to the nearest emergency room, don't drive yourself.
