Gas bubble/muscle: If it is just going on for a day, and you have not any had any contact injury, the most likely cause is something irritating you right diaphragm, which is the largest muscle of the body separating your chest from ur abdomen. Any irritation of the diaphragm or the lower lining of the lung (pleura) may cause that sharp pain. Try antacid/anti-gas otc product for a couple days, it will like resolve.
