Seeyour doctor: It is somewhat challenging to come to a conclusion about diagnoses based on information provided. There are multiple areas for pain in the lower back including that arising from bones of the spine, disks, nerves and muscles. Without further information, it is hard to tell where the worsening of the lower back pain with breathing fits. It may not be related. Please see a doctor and discus.
