See your doctor...: Right sided pain could be due to many things...it is possible you have appendicitis, or kidney stone or even ectopic pregnancy and less serious muscular in nature. Best course of action would be to go to your doctor or urgent care to get some simple urine test and physical evaluation...this could help rule out some of the scary things and or start treatment for the correct diagnosis.
