Know the cause first: Hallucinatory palinopsia is usually due to seizures or posterior cortical lesions. Illusory palinopsia is usually due to migraines, head trauma, meds, or drugs. You need to know and target the underlying cause in order to resolve the issue. Keep a log of the events (timing, frequency, duration, associated symptoms) and take it to a neurologist. http://www.palinopsiafoundation.org/

Insufficient data: That's like asking how to stop having pain. Your post provides nothing to go on. Have you been formally diagnosed with palinopsia? Hallucinatory or illusory? Have you been worked up for a cause? If you've seen doctors about it, what do THEY say? Impossible to address your question without more info. Have you seen a neuro-ophthalmologist? That's the specialist you need.
