At what stage of meningioma does palinopsia occur?

Not indicative: Palinopsia, a visual disturbance marked by afterimages after the original image is perceived, is not specific for meningioma and does not indicate "stage", grade or duration. It may be secondary to nontumor sources such as strokes, medications, ms epilepsy, etc.

Visual illusion: Palinopsia is a visual illusion where a scene or object repeats over and over. This is a form of hallucination that can be caused by different conditions within the brain. It has been reported in patients with migraine, seizures, certain neuro-degenerative disorders, and following strokes and head injuries. It can be associated with disruption of the visual centers perhaps from such tumors.
