For generalized anxiety what would be less harmful for your health? prescription benzodiazepines or marijuana edibles. once or twice a week... concerns about long term effects of benzodiazepines. thx?

Benzodiazepines cause sedation, dizziness, and mild cognitive clouding. They may control symptoms, but tolerance is common, and cure absent. CBD is arguably more effective than MJ, but expensive. Cognitive-behavioural therapy and/or biofeedback offers the best long-term success, and would be the first choice in my opinion.
