Get another opinion: There are more causes of tremor than you can shake a stick at. No excuse for blowing you off like that. Get another opinion.

Nothing else to do..: Without knowing your neurologist's assessment of you, it's impossible to know. Don't take this personally, but we all have pts who'd benefit from being confronted with their denial or delusions instead of indulging them. But like everyone else, we dislike confrontations, especially these days when a reputation can be so easily tarnished online, including by angry liars. So yes, gotta go elsewhere.
