Myoclonus can be secondary to benign causes such as falling asleep, but also periodic limb movements of sleep, and a host of epileptic conditions, including palatal and diaphragmatic myoclonus. Tremors include heredofamilial tremors, hyperthyroidism, Parkinson's, cerebellar ataxia. Twitching too nonspecific to comment, herein.
