Im posting this one last time because of course weve been to neurologists and know we cant get a diagnosis on the internet. the question however is what different conditions in general have myoclonus and tremor and twitching?

Of major concern would be ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease. Other causes could be, head or spinal cord injuries, deficiencies of calcium,magnesium, toxins and electrolyte imbalance.

Myoclonus can be secondary to benign causes such as falling asleep, but also periodic limb movements of sleep, and a host of epileptic conditions, including palatal and diaphragmatic myoclonus. Tremors include heredofamilial tremors, hyperthyroidism, Parkinson's, cerebellar ataxia. Twitching too nonspecific to comment, herein.
