How accurate is the: 7 week date? Do you have regular periods, is it based on an OPK or a trigger injection? If your EGA is accurate at 7 weeks you can 99% assume ectopic pregnancy if the uterus is empty on TVUS. If your EGA dates are off by a week or more, it's harder to say. Ectopics should not be diagnosed by symptoms: when symptoms appear the mother is already in danger, you need to be followed closely.
