I recently had an ectopic pregnancy dec 2019, i feel pregnant again (late period and my breasts extremely painful like im preg)but doc had said both my tubes were completely damaged and i was sterile. could i be having another ectopic pregnancy?

Test don't guess: If you missed a period and feel you might be pregnant, let your doctor know right away. The chance of a repeat ectopic pregnancy is about 10%. The first step is to find out if you really are pregnant and where the pregnancy is located. Other signs may include pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding or spotting.

Damaged Tube : 34 yo with history of damaged tubes and ectopic pregnancy with late menses and breast tenderness. Since you are sexually active, there is chance of pregnancy and increased risk for ectopic pregnancy. Kindly see your doctor for Q HCG and if elevated, pelvic ultrasound to confirm the location of the pregnancy. Good luck.
