Is it possible to be pregnant with twins and 2nd baby not to show up on ultrasound nor be detected throughout your entire pregnancy?

No, but...: Anything is possible in life, but a woman with regular prenatal care will look odd to the doctor if she is larger than she should be, due to carrying twins. Upon checking, she will have 2 babies inside. Of course, if she doesn't go in for prenatal visits, then she could deliver twins without knowing beforehand.
