You may not feel it.: Some women after C-section forms adhesions (scar tissue) between the uterus and the abdominal wall. As the uterus returns to it's normal (smaller) size the scar tissue places tension on the abdominal wall by the incision and produces a ;pulling' pain. Most women do not form these 'severe' scar tissue and they do not get this pain. Therefore, you may not feel this pain.
