Ongoing pain: Have you been back to the surgeon for follow up evaluation? There can be changes that continue after surgery during healing. there may be residual pieces of bone working there way out of the gums, infections that did not resolve after the infection, sharp areas that are being compressed by the denture are uncomfortable. could be muscle issues with the dentures
