Swollen face: A diagnosis would require a clinical exam and x-rays. Make an appointment to see an oral surgeon.

Lip swelling: Its possible that the lymphatic drainage of that part of your face was also damaged or compromised. if it is blocked at all the fluids can back up in the tissues and cause swelling.

See your PCP: Sympathetically maintained pain (SMP). The pain associated with SMP can be continuous with an aching, burning quality that is sometimes accompanied by a continuing background discomfort and tissue swelling, or it can occur spontaneously. See your PCP for evaluation and also for your chest pain. Do not delay, ask your parents to schedule your appointment.
