I am having such bad pain from inflammation/soreness my anxiety is horrible. is it safe to take tramadol 50mg with ativan 1mg and 500mg of tylenol (acetaminophen)?

Not safe: Too much Ativan (lorazepam) and you could get respiratory depression - progressive failure to breathe and amnesia. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic. So it's like adding low level morphine- it is by category a pain medication. Please discuss much more appropriate options w/,doc or psychiatrist. SSRI"s are top choice for anxiety for instance. Take care.
