Yes: I'm not aware of any significant drug-drug interactions between Vistaril (hydroxyzine) and Tylenol (acetaminophen). Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) drug. Vistaril is categorized as an antihistamine (though one w/ anti-anxiety properties). The NSAID/antihistamine combination is used in many over the counter cold/flu remedies.
