Set alternate info: This is a very common problem. When mind is stimulated near bedtime, some have difficulty turning off. One technique is to re-write the script. So instead of letting your mind go in a million directions, implant a sentence or word that you use for sleep. For example, my sentence is "no ifs ands or buts." this gets repeated to turn of mind. Others use meditation, breath, or biofeedback.
