Dizzy spells shortness of breath and rapid heart beat seeing stars and like tingling racing though my head and neck its really wierd i have to rest?

Need work up: probably related to a drop in blood pressure thats sudden. Postural hypotension , vasodepressor syndrome etc. A work up with an echo,cardiac event monitor,some labs and a Tilt table test will be required to determine further.
