Improper treatment: Feliz S plus (Citalopram & clonazepam) is an antidepressant with an anxiolytic/sedative-hypnotic drug. The Citalopram is not effective at all if used only twice a month. The clonazepam is a sedative & a controlled substance in the USA because it can be abused. It affects motor and cognitive performance. It makes people sleepy and can affect motor skills, so no driving, alcohol, dangerous tools.
