Generic names: It would be helpful if you list the active ingredients in the medications mentioned, as the brand names are different in the us than they are in india.

Unfortunately yes: Any drugs taken in pregnancy are delivered to the fetus. Their potential toxicity in you is obviously greater for the fetus because he/she is tiny compared with you.
