Take in am: Generally I instruct patients to take PPIs in the morning. If it is extended release or powder form take it an hr before your meal. I do not know of any medications that cannot be taken with PPIs, however some medications may need to be monitored more carefully if you take them with PPIs. Your pharmacist can tell you if any of your meds may be affected - but the list is small.
