DUB: Sounds unusually heavy for you. Best to wear a pad as well so you don't bleed through. It depends on whether the tampons are thoroughly soaked and there are clots. Usually more than 5 maxi pads soaked through is considered menorrhagia or heavy bleeding. If it continues, please see your physician for help to prevent anemia.
