Missed cycle?/bleed: ER now if bleeding is severe or profuse. Did you miss a cycle or taking new BC? Unprotected sexual intercourse. You will need a pelvic exam and evaluation for pregnancy. I would advise immediate ER evaluation and if not pregnant or aborting, medicine to control the bleeding.
