My doctor prescribed me with fertomid then now i was 7 days late with my period,today i've started bleeding heavily with clots and got abdominal cramps..does it mean i was pregnant and miscarried..

Hormonal changes: Fertomid acts on your hormones to cause ovulation. Depending on where in your cycle you took this med, the changing hormones may have "reset" your cycle. Side effects of bleeding and cramps can be typical when hormones change. It is not likely that you were pregnant then miscarried. Your cycle may take a full month to reset.
