Only take if anemic: The RDA for women 11-50 yrs old is 15mg. The 325 mg pills are intended for anemic women especially during pregnancy. Unless your doctor prescribed it - this is too great an amount for you to decide to take on your own. And yes, the chance of constipation and other gastrointestinal distress is a dose related concern. Take care - see a doctor first.
