You can not increase: it more than what is predetermined in your genes. Diet and exercise can help you to reach you predetermined height. Your height can grow up to age 20.

Predetermined: The height of an 18 year old male is predetermined mainly by genetics. Adequate nutrition during developmental years may also play a role however it is unlikely that there is anything one can do at the age of 18 to increase one's height. If an 18 year old male had a genetic deficiency of growth hormones or testosterone, medical therapy may help however a formal evaluation would be needed.

It depends: upon your genetics and general health/nutrition. Most of your growth has occurred, but there may be some further increase in height over the next couple of years. There is no surgery, medication, supplements, or anything else that can change that. Relax and enjoy your life.

Nothing: There is really nothing you can do to increase your height. Since you are 18 yrs old, you could have some growth left. Depends on when you started puberty. Once your growth plates have closed, you have reached your adult height.

Growth stops: At maturity the growth plates all over fuse into a permanent state that prevents growth. At 18 years of age this is likely to have occurred. If you want to be certain, your doctor can order X-rays to see if this has happened.

Tall enough: At 18 if he's going to do some more growing he'll do it. If he doesn't tell him he's tall enough and not to worry about it. From where I stand he appears to be the perfect height. Have you ever noticed that his legs are just long enough for his feet to touch the ground ?

Height: At 18, you may be reaching the end of your growth spurt. Besides adequate diet and exercise, get at least 7-9 hours of sleep at night.Ask your doctor to take an xray of your l wrist to see if you have any growth left

Increase height: It is true that males can grow at this age, particularly if it is your genetic pattern. Check out your growth plates to see how much growth potential you have. Eat a good diet and get good exercise.
