Cranberry: Cranberry does not have natural diuretic properties. It won't by itself promote increased urinary urgency or frequency. Do you have a uti?? It would.

Agree, but frequency: is usually caused by infection or irritation of the bladder, or increased production of urine either by over drinking, taking a water pill/diuretic, sugar from diabetes or kidney disease that does not allow the kidney to concentrate the urine. Anxiety or stress can also cause a person to have the sensation of needing to urinate often.
