Dr. James Lin answered

Try and see...: Azo has been known as a topical analgesia for the lining of bladder and urethra to ease burning urination but discoloring urine to orange; Cystex, containing cranberry ingredient, is chiefly to help control long-term recurrent bacterial UTI. Yet, IC is not bacterial so Cystex may not ease burning. Nonetheless, you may try it for 1-2 weeks and see if helpful or not.
