I've been reading a fecal transplant may help ibs/sibo. is this worth trying? can it be dangerous in any way assuming the donor is healthy?

Worth trying: if the donor is indeed healthy then the only real other risk is the risk of the procedure - which at your 35y/o is indeed minimal. if you're really unhappy with your bowel issues, well worth trying. Find a reputable center though, and preferably one that engages in research.
