Why don't they check for sibo with every patient who has ibs? the symptoms are similar. i had to find about it myself and see an outside doctor.

SIBO: Small bowel bacterial overgrowth is not a common condition and not everyone with IBS has SIBO and the same goes not everyone with SIBO has IBS.
