Back pain : There are many possible reasons for back pain. at your age most like musculoskeletal. I would advise light exercise and warm baths and possibly anti-inflammatories, icy hot or mild yoga

Back pain: Back pain at your age is usually due to musculoskeletal strain from overuse - like strenuous exercise. Try Ibuprofen, 400 mg every 8 hours with food, as well as gentle stretching exercises. Fever with back pain may signal a kidney infection, so watch for that.

Possible: Origins of low back pain are multi-factorials, including degenerative changes in the discs and joints from the lumbosacral spine, hips, as well as myofascial pain syndrome including trigger points from piriformis muscles. Pain in the back after walking requiring rest can be symptom of claudication (neurogenic and vascular), resulting from spinal stenosis or peripheral vascular disease.
