Rhinitic pain: You mean a deviated septum. This is the cartilage and bone that divides the nose into a left and right passage way. An ENT doctor can determine how much obstruction you have. If nasal obstruction bothers you, surgery can be performed to correct a deviated septum. Occasionally, deviated septum can lead to pain in the nose. Head ache can be the result of frontal sinusitis.
