Mold not responsible: Are you quite sure that you were drinking from a moldy cup for the whole week? Usually the mold clears out when you wash or rinse your cup. Anyhow, the molds are not known to cause sinusitis or to resorb maxilla. Your symptoms are more likely from a virus infection and should be gone in few days. If not then go see your doctor.

Not likely: Most likely, drinking from a moldy cup would just give you food poisoning. While it's possible you could have some upper respiratory irritation from mold, unless you are immunocompromised, a fungal infection is unlikely. However if your symptoms persist or worsen, talk to a physician.
